Association conferences

Minerva Medical Communications contracts with healthcare associations to produce the association’s annual or bi-annual conference. As conference coordinator, Minerva:

• Works with association to identify conference theme and discussion topics
• Recruits sponsors and exhibitors
• Recruits, contracts, and manages faculty
• Works with faculty to create content
• Handles all advertising and printing
• Chooses and manages venue, catering, and audio visual vendors
• Manages conference registration
• Manages hotel block, food, and on-site ground transportation for attendees
• Manages recordings, podcasts, and/or interactive webcasts
