Peer-to-peer meetings

Minerva’s peer-to-peer meetings bring together small groups of healthcare professionals (HCPs) with varying levels of experience, knowledge, and use of a product to discuss different healthcare topics. The goal of peer-to-peer meetings is to promote a product through discussion of HCP experience with the product and to increase the group members’ awareness of a product.

We take care of all aspects of peer-to-peer meetings, including:

• Identifying client marketing objectives
• Screening and recruiting participants and a professional moderator
• Creating a moderator guide based on client marketing objectives
• Facilitating the meeting
• Recording all discussions
• Coordinating all logistics
• Writing post-meeting documents with actionable items learned from the meeting
